Rebecca completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at Loma Linda University after earning her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She is passionate about helping people build confidence, independence, and participation in the daily activities that matter most to them.

 

As a Certified Neuro Specialist, Rebecca has extensive experience working with individuals living with neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, and other complex neurological diagnoses. She enjoys combining evidence-based practice with creativity and collaboration to help clients achieve goals that are personally meaningful and enhance their quality of life.

Rebecca also has a special interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice and enjoys supporting autistic and other neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. She values taking the time to understand each person's unique strengths, interests, sensory needs, and goals. Her clinical experience includes supporting children with developmental differences and providing pediatric feeding therapy for children experiencing oral aversion, selective eating, and oral motor challenges through individualized, family-centered care. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered, with a focus on creating an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapy journey.

 

Rebecca believes that meaningful therapy is built on trust, curiosity, and genuine connection. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves while working together toward goals that support participation in everyday life.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys hiking, baking sourdough, and exploring local cafés. She loves spending time with her husband and their rescue dog and is always seeking opportunities to continue learning and growing as an occupational therapist.
